Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours; stitched pieces leave our studio within 5 working days.
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹2,999. Express (next-day in metros) is available at checkout.
- We ship across India and to the UAE. Every parcel is tracked and insured.
Returns & exchanges
- Unstitched and ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags intact.
- Custom-stitched and bridal pieces are made for you and are final sale — we do offer one free alteration.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Payments
- We accept UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery (₹49 handling).
